My name is Rehema. I’m currently working with CRSG at Road Works for Construction of New Selander Bridge Project in Dar es Salaam Tanzania. I have been working with this company for 3 years and I’m so honoured to work with one of the best construction company in Tanzania

　　大家好，我叫Rehema，目前在中國中鐵七局坦桑尼亞達雷斯薩拉姆賽蘭登橋道路建設項目工作。我在該公司工作三年了，中鐵七局在坦桑尼亞的口碑非常好，我很榮幸能在坦桑尼亞最好的建筑公司工作。

　　I started working with CRSG in February 2017 in Dar es Salaam where we had a DMDP project for Construction of Local Roads in Ilala Municipal Dar es Salaam. My position in that project was Materials Technician. I was responsible for all quality control and quality assurance (QA/QC) of works by performing materials testing and ensuring all works are done as per required specifications.

　　我在中鐵七局工作始于2017年2月，當時項目是坦桑尼亞市政道路建設項目，位于達市Ilala區(qū)。當時我的職位是材料技術員，我負責工程的所有質量控制和質量保證(質量保證/質量控制)，進行材料測試，并確保所有工程都按照要求的規(guī)范進行。

　　During my time in Ilala project, I got a chance to participate in 2017 worker’s skills contest for local staffs in Chinese Companies. The contest was done at the University of Dar es Salaam. Many Chinese Companies were participated such as CRJE, CCECC, CRBC, GSI, etc. I and some of my fellow workers were selected to participate in the contest. I was very happy because I was among the winners.

　　在ILALA項目期間，我有機會參加了2017年中資企業(yè)本地員工技能大賽。比賽在達累斯薩拉姆大學舉行。許多中資企業(yè)都參加了，如中鐵建工、中國土木、中國路橋、聯(lián)合建設等等。我和我的一些同事被選中參加了比賽。我非常高興，因為我是獲勝者之一。

　　From January 2018 I started to work at CRSG Tanzania Head Office in Masaki Dar es Salaam where I performed several duties in the head office like preparation of tender documents mainly technical documents like method statements for road works, also attending site visits and prepare tender meetings for several projects that CRSG was bidding. I worked there for one year until I joined another project.

　　從2018年1月起，我開始在位于達市Masaki的中鐵七局駐坦?？偛抗ぷ?。在辦事處，我可以說身兼數(shù)職，如編制投標文件以、其他技術資料的處理，技術資料的處理如編制道路工程施工方案，平時也會參加現(xiàn)場考察以及中鐵七局正在投標的會議。在辦事處工作了一年，后來我去了另外一個項目。

　　On January 2019 up to now, I’m working at Road Works for Construction of New Selander Bridge Project in Dar es Salaam, as a Planning Engineer where my mainly duties are preparation of technical documents, method statements, preparation of official letters, document controls, preparation of interim payment applications, dealing with exemptions etc.

　　2019年1月至今，我在達累斯薩拉姆新塞蘭德大橋項目的道路工程部門工作，擔任計劃工程師，主要負責協(xié)助工程部準備主包及業(yè)主需要的技術文件、方案說明、信函準備、文件管理、中期賬單的申請以及免稅事宜等等。

　　On May 01st 2019, which is international labour day, I was among the selected workers who were given some gifts and certificate of appreciations for good works in the Company. Below are the pictures that we took on that day:

　　2019年5月1日國際勞動節(jié)，公司里為表彰當?shù)貎?yōu)秀員工，我也是其中一員，給大家分發(fā)了好多禮品還發(fā)了榮譽證書。

　　In general, I can say working with CRSG has been so great opportunity to me since it has given me so much experiences in my carrier as a Civil Engineer. I would encourage the company to engage more local staffs to work with them as it would be helping so people to gain work experience.

　　總之，我想說，非常感謝CRSG給了我一個展現(xiàn)自己的機會，給了我發(fā)展的平臺，逐步成長為一名建筑工程師。愿和CRSG共同成長，和公司里更多的當?shù)貑T工共同進步，見證更加美好的未來!
